ACES - Automated Communications Engineering Software

Sypris Electronics has developed the Automated Communications Engineering Software (ACES), a network planning software program, for the U.S. Army. Ideal for the fast pace of today's battlefield environment, ACES runs on a ruggedized Windows XP/2000 COTS platform for tactical operations as well as on Windows XP/2000 desktop workstations in strategic locations.

ACES allows military users to perform fully automated cryptonet, SOI/CEOI/JCEOI and EP planning, management, validation and generation distribution at the time and location of need. ACES also supports equipment planning and Encrypted Key distribution to Tier 3 Devices (i.e. DTD/CT3, SDS, SKL, and RASKL). The Military Communications Electronics Board has designated ACES as the Joint Spectrum Management Planning software standard for multi-service operations.

ACES is the ideal building block for cryptonet, Joint Spectrum Management, EP planning, and Encrypted Key distribution. ACES supports programs such as: FCS, IFF Mode 5, and FBCB2. It is fielded at Corps and Division, with primary emphasis at Brigade and separate Battalion levels.
